1994: Vitogaz becomes a part of Rubis Group.
1997: First developments on the international markets and opening of the first propane-butane gas station in France.
1998: Vitogaz becomes one of the leaders in the propane-butane distribution.
1999: Establishing of the first Customer Service Center.
2002: Acquisition of a network of 30 stations and 240 service stations for storage and distribution of petrol and chemical products.
2003: Introduction of the Vitogaz brand to Senegal.
2005: Entering the French Antilles and French Guiana markets. Sales leader with more than 60% market share. Participation in the French Antilles refinery situated on Martinique Island with more than 24%.
2006: Acquisition of the "Shell Gas" distribution business in Bermuda.
2007: Acquisition of the "Shell Gas" distribution business in five European countries, including Bulgaria.
