Preliminary assessment of the terrain
The VITOGAZ Sales Representative, together with the customer, the installation designer, and/or the installer, define and examine the spot where the bulk tank will be installed, in order to guarantee the safe exploitation. Upon customer request VITOGAZ could undertake the building of the inner net, with prior drawing up an offer.
Signing up a contract
After clearing up the contract's conditions, the customer and the Sales Representative of VITOGAZ sign up a service contract.
Documents needed
Document for Ownership, permission from the Municipality, an extract from the plan of the Land Commission, and in some cases - a contract for sale, environmental permit, consent of the owner in case of rental relations.
Project of the installation
The installation designer provides the technical documentation for the delivery and storage of propane-butane. A project of an internal system for consumption of propane-butane is prepared upon customer request.
Permission
The technical expert of VITOGAZ sends a copy of the approved plans to the customer and the Regional Inspection for Metrological and Technical Surveillance. The Inspection reviews the received documents and conducts procedure for authorisation of construction and installation.
Installation of the bulk tank
After completing the preparatory work VITOGAZ supplies and installs the tank.
Technical hand over and reception
The contractor of VITOGAZ, in the presence of the Regional Inspection for Metrological and Technical Surveillance, carries out the necessary pneumatic and hydraulic tests of the tank and the pipeline. Then he conducts an instruction to the client for proper operation with the gas system and the equipment.
Filling the tank
Upon successful completion of the testing and technical hand over and reception the ordered quantity of propane-butane (LPG) is delivered.
