Thus, only LPG cylinders in good technical repair are delivered to the Bulgarian customer, checked during each filling and stamped with folio over the pressure relief valve.
In order to provide maximum security for the customers, the Vitogaz Bulgaria gas filling plant is supplied with the most modern equipment available:
- installations for automatic filling, providing the exact weight of the liquefied gas in the cylinders;
- instruments for automatic checks of the air-tightness of the cylinders;
- instruments for sealing the pressure relief valve with thermo-contracting folio;
- instruments for safe correction of the weight in case of overfilling of the cylinders;
- control scales;
- additional electronic control scale for checking the exact weight;
- perfect documentation for the registration, checks and repairs of the containers.
During the filling process, the exact weight of the full cylinders is checked; after the end of the process, a secondary check is performed using an electronic control scale.
The valve of each cylinder is checked for air-tightness before sealing with thermo-contracting folio. In order to perform this action, gas analyzers are used.
In the Vitogaz plant, there are highly qualified employees on job, specially trained to work with propane-butane. Vitogaz Bulgaria pays serious attention to the professional training of its employees. There are qualifications courses, periodically organized together with guest-lecturers from the Regional Unit for Fire Safety and Emergency and the State Inspection for Technical Control.
The safe exploitation of the cylinders by the end users is provided by conducting of instructions to each new client. In the retail points, there are always written exploitation instructions available at hand.
